    This unit is part of the SEL program, Social Slate that I have conceptualized and created for young learners. The program lays a strong foundation to build social and emotional skills in children. It aims at helping children to understand and express emotions, resolve social conflicts and develop self-awareness. I have referred to the research work by CASEL while creating this program. The program consists of 12 units that help teachers and parents to lay the right foundation in formative years of children so that they can enjoy a successful & rewarding personal / professional life as adults.
